Olympic champion Rai Benjamin reaffirmed his dominance in the men’s 400m hurdles by storming to a meeting record and world-leading time of 46.54 seconds at the Stockholm Diamond League on Saturday.

In a thrilling clash of the event’s modern greats, 2022 world champion Alison Dos Santos of Brazil secured second place with a season-best 46.68, while world record-holder and three-time world champion Karsten Warholm of Norway settled for third in 47.41, sealing a familiar podium trio.
