Jasmine Moore has her sights firmly set on the long jump runway at this Sunday’s Bauhaus Galan in Stockholm, as the 2025 Wanda Diamond League rolls on just three days after a thrilling stop in Oslo.
The 23-year-old American arrives in Sweden with momentum, having placed third in the triple jump at the Bislett Games on Thursday, June 12. Moore produced a season-best mark of 14.41m, finishing behind Cuba’s Leyanis Pérez Hernández (14.72m) and Jamaica’s Shanieka Ricketts (14.57m).
Moore took to Instagram Stories shortly after the meet, writing: “A season best and onto the next one.” She also praised photographer Jan Figueroa for capturing the moment, saying he was “doing the Lord’s work.”
The Olympic bronze medallist now turns her attention to Sunday’s long jump. She’ll face a stacked lineup that includes Olympic champion Tara Davis-Woodhall, world champion Ivana Vuleta (Spanovic). Also, two-time world champion Malaika Mihambo, world indoor champion Claire Bryant. European indoor champion Larissa Iapichino, and world indoor silver medallist Annik Kälin are also in the mix.

Moore’s European summer tour began in Rome earlier this month, where she finished fifth in the triple jump with a then-season best of 14.15m. That meet was dominated by Ricketts, who stamped her authority with a mark of 14.64m.
A former standout at the University of Florida, Jasmine Moore made history in 2022. She became the first woman in NCAA history to win both the indoor and outdoor long jump and triple jump titles in the same year.
Since turning professional, she has represented the United States at both the World Championships and the Olympic Games. She claimed Olympic bronze in the triple jump at Tokyo 2020.
