Olympic Champion Dalilah Muhammad showcased her dominance in the women’s 400m hurdles at the Oslo Diamond League, clocking a season-best time of 53.34 seconds to claim victory. Emma Zapletalová of Slovakia finished second with a season-best 54.44, while Gianna Panamanian hurdler Gianna Woodruff secured third place in 54.45, also a season-best.

The race took a dramatic turn for American heptathlete Anna Hall, fresh off a 7,032-point showing in Götzis, as she fell at the final hurdle and crossed the line last in 1:08.99. Thankfully, she escaped without serious injury.
