Erriyon Knighton, known for his dominance in the 100 and 200 meters has clocked an impressive 45.37 seconds, at the 2025 Florida Relays.

Additionally, with his career already marked by numerous achievements, Knighton is drawing comparisons to legendary sprinters like Usain Bolt. His world under-20 record in the 200 meters, set at 19.69 seconds, has cemented his status as a rising star.

In other matches, the University of Florida’s 4x400m Relay team is leading the charge, setting a new collegiate lead with a time record of 3:03.62. The team is led by Ashton Schwartzman, Rios Prude, Nicholas Spikes, and Markevus Jackson.

Demaris Waters and Habiba Harris are also making headlines. Waters posted a collegiate-best time in the 110m Hurdles, while Harris achieved a wind-legal world-No. 2 time in the 100m Hurdles with a remarkable 12.69 seconds, setting the collegiate lead.

Meanwhile, Chioma Njoku of the University of Maryland is breaking records in the hammer throw, marking a new school record with a throw of 64.96m. Antoine Spencer from Purdue is running personal bests in the 200m, and Jila Vaden is excelling in the long jump.
